Round the Bend

Private collection, Halifax, Nova Scotia

This is a painting from one of my meandering trips through the Annapolis Valley. I think it is somewhere just past Hantsport, Nova Scotia where one of the tidal rivers flow into the province. It is an oil painting on custom-made board.

This painting is currently framed and ready to hang. As an unframed painting, it measures about 5 x 7-inches. Framed, it measures about 7 x 9-inches. I have my framemaker create custom frames for my work. The frames are a lovely deep mahogany colour with a nice weight and feel.
