I’m in the process of digitizing some of my published work and came across this little gem today — The Amethyst Review. Penny L. Ferguson and Lenora Steele edited and managed this literary publication during the mid-90s. I remember looking forward to picking it up from the magazine rack in the small, yet bold literary section that always seemed too close to the floor. I was thrilled when they selected one of my poems for publication within its covers.
